We are a group of volunteers that wants to make the Nordics more diverse and inclusive.Â
About Us
We are three international women at the core of our team: Priyanka Banerjee, Aurora Grion, and Erica Terranova. All three of us have worked in DEI for several years and have extensive knowledge on event production and marketing & communications.Â
While working on other DEI projects, we noticed that Finland and the Nordics overall are still lacking a truly inclusive conference. We imagined a space where speakers and participants from diverse backgrounds can share thought-provoking conversations about DEI in society and in the workplace.Â
Instead of waiting for someone to build that space, we decided we wanted to be the ones who start walking the talk – for real.
